Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Android games published by Hashcow Labs on Google Play (“the Games”) and to this website. Hashcow Labs is operated by 해시카우 (HashCow), a sole proprietorship in the Republic of Korea (“we”, “us”). By using the Games you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

A guest account is created automatically when you first play. You may link a Google account to restore progress on another device. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in the Game (Settings → Delete account).

2. Virtual items and purchases

• The Games may offer virtual currency and items. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value outside the Game, and cannot be transferred to other accounts.
• Purchases are processed by Google Play. Prices are shown in the store before you buy.
• Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy and applicable consumer law, including the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce where it applies. If a refund is granted, items delivered for that purchase may be removed.
• If a purchased item is not delivered, contact us with the order number and we will deliver it or help with a refund.

3. Ads

The Games may offer optional rewarded ads. Rewards from ads may be limited per day. See our Privacy Policy for how ads use data.

4. Fair play

Do not cheat, modify the Game, exploit bugs, automate play, or interfere with our servers or other players. We may reset scores, remove items obtained unfairly, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Content

The Games and their content belong to us or our licensors. Display names must not be offensive or impersonate others; we may change names that break this rule.

6. Changes and availability

We may update, change or discontinue features or a Game. If we discontinue a Game with paid items, we will give notice in the Game in advance where required by law.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Games are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
